Qualifications

• 1520 years of relevant experience in public equities/investment management or related fields.
• Proven experience in SME IPOs, Mainboard IPOs, pre-IPO transactions, or small-cap investing.

Responsibilities

• Source and build a proprietary pipeline of SME IPO pre-IPO, IPO, anchor and listed small-cap opportunities.
• Lead fundamental underwriting, financial modelling, valuation, scenario analysis, and due diligence.
• Evaluate promoter quality, governance, related-party transactions, financial quality, and capital allocation.
• Assess IPO structures, valuations, dilution, and post-listing considerations.
• Prepare investment papers and provide recommendations for Investment Committee; manage portfolio across listed equities and pre-IPO investments.
• Determine position sizing and oversee investments through market changes and liquidity.
• Monitor portfolio performance against theses and decide on add/hold/trim/exit actions.
