Job summary

JobLeader in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking a full-time Accountant to manage all financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting.

The successful candidate will have strong accounting skills, experience with financial analysis, proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks, and at least three years in accounting roles; CPA/MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles; experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, regulations, standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable/payable activities and reconcile transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Provide management with financial analysis and advice.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the organization.
• Develop financial strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Monitor cash flow positions of the organization to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations.
