Job summary

Presight is seeking a highly customer-focused Full Stack Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will build the business intelligence platform across front-end and back-end using a React tech stack, collaborating with product managers and engineers to design, implement and improve features within a GenAI-driven analytics platform.

You will work on RESTful services, scalable architectures, and security-conscious solutions while keeping up with evolving web technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full stack web development.
• 3+ years of experience coding in React.js.
• 2+ years of experience in at least one backend language (Java, Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Strong computer science and basic algorithms knowledge.
• Knowledge of web fundamentals: HTML5/CSS3, protocols, modern web standards.
• Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building single page applications with React or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of state management in front end apps (MobX/Redux).
• Experience in RESTful APIs design

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing front end website architecture by translating designs into front-end code.
• Develop functional databases, applications and servers to support websites on the back end.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile.
• Develop and design RESTful services and APIs.
• Stay updated on developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are considered when architecting solutions.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date by studying new development tools and techniques.
• Comply with governance, security, risk and compliance policies and procedures.
