Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC is building an enterprise AI platform where AI agents operate business applications inside customer environments. You will own features end to end, from UI to backend services, delivering production-worthy changes every sprint.

Qualifications

Job description

We are building an enterprise AI platform in which AI agents operate business applications through their user interface, the way a person does. It runs inside customers own environments, including on-premises and air-gapped sites. We are a small, senior team working in two-week sprints towards a first production release in December 2026.

You will build the product application end to end. You will take features from idea to production across the user interface and the backend services. You will connect the design system to the platform APIs and bring the AI agents into the product, so the team ships complete, working features every sprint instead of waiting on hand-offs.

What you will do

• Build complete product features end to end: React / TypeScript screens, the backend services and API endpoints behind them, and the tests.
• Use the Frontend Design Engineer's design system to build the application's screens and flows.
• Connect the application to the platform's GraphQL APIs, and extend those APIs when a feature needs it.
• Integrate AI agents into the product: starting and stopping agent runs, streaming live progress (SSE / WebSockets), showing results, and handling approvals and errors.
• Implement authentication, roles, and permissions in the application, together with the Backend Engineer – Platform APIs.
• Write end-to-end tests (Playwright) and keep the application deployable at all times through CI/CD.
• Own features in production: monitor them, fix issues, and improve them based on user feedback.

What we are looking for

Must have

• 10+ years of professional software engineering, delivering full-stack web applications to production.
• Strong React and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Strong Node.js / TypeScript on the backend (e.g. NestJS, Fastify, Express). Python is a plus.
• Production experience with GraphQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with real-time features (SSE, WebSockets) and asynchronous workflows.
• Testing discipline: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Playwright or Cypress).
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deploying to Kubernetes.
• A track record of technical leadership: owning architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and raising engineering standards across a team.

Nice to have

• Experience building products on top of LLMs or AI agents.
• Browser automation or session recording (Playwright, Chrome DevTools Protocol, rrweb).
• Monorepos (Nx, Turborepo) and shared typed contracts between frontend and backend.
• Building software for on-premises or air-gapped environments.
• Bilingual or RTL (Arabic) UI experience.
