• Number of Resources: 2
• Period of Engagement: 6 months
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in data migration projects
• Location: Primarily onsite with flexibility for remote work as needed

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement data migration strategies.
2. Develop custom ETL tools using Microsoft Full Stack technologies.
3. Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of migration issues.
4. Provide post-migration support and create user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Microsoft Full Stack Development (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server)
• Experience in React JS and Software AG webMethods
• At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint and MS SQL Server, including data migration expertise.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale data migration projects with successful outcomes.
• Experience in data governance and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Services and cloud-based migration tools.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, Data Analyst Associate)
