Full Stack Developer — Next.js, React & Spring Boot (2–5 Years of Experience).

• Mandatory Skills Strong experience with Next.js, React.js, Java Script/Type Script. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. Experience with SQL databases, database design, and query optimization. Solid understanding of frontend/backend architecture. Experience with authentication & authorization using JWT, and Spring Security. Strong knowledge of Git, unit/integration testing, and clean coding practices. Practical experience using AI coding assistants and agents as part of the development workflow, with the ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
• Good to Have Experience with BPM tools and enterprise application integrations. Experience using AI-assisted workflows for testing, debugging, refactoring, code review, and documentation.
