Job summary

Confidential in the United Arab Emirates is building a digital-first, AI-enabled financial services platform. We seek a Frontend & Mobile Engineer to shape customer journeys across mobile and web banking, collaborating with product, design, backend, and AI teams.

As part of the team, you will develop reusable UI components, ensure accessibility and security, and help scale our design system while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years frontend and mobile engineering experience, ideally in banking/fintech or large-scale consumer products.
• Experience releasing customer-facing mobile apps through the full app-store lifecycle.
• Proficient with modern frontend/mobile stacks, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and security considerations.

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using modern frontend and mobile technologies.
• Build customer-facing experiences including mobile banking, web banking, and AI-powered conversational interfaces.

As a Frontend & Mobile Engineer, you'll play a key role in building the bank's customer-facing digital experiences, including mobile applications, web banking platforms, and AI-powered conversational interfaces. Working alongside Product, Design, Backend, and AI Engineering teams, you'll help create intuitive, secure, and scalable customer journeys from day one.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on frontend and mobile engineering experience, ideally within banking, fintech, or large-scale consumer products.
• Experience building and releasing customer-facing mobile applications through the full app-store lifecycle.
• Strong experience with technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, testing frameworks, and release management.
• Experience building real-time, streaming, or conversational customer experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and modern software delivery practices.
