Job summary

Sperton Global AS is seeking a strong Frontend Developer to build responsive, high-quality user interfaces with solid JavaScript expertise. You will work on features with a strong UX focus and collaborate closely with backend and cross-functional teams.

Required are deep React knowledge, SPA experience, and a solid understanding of localization/internationalization. A hands-on, results-driven approach is essential for delivering excellent UI experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 years of frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.

About the Role

Were looking for a strong Frontend Developer with solid experience in modern JavaScript frameworks especially and ideally for one our client. Youll work on building responsive high-quality user interfaces that deliver excellent user experiences

Required Technical Skills

• JavaScript (ES6)
• HTML CSS jQuery SASS/LESS
  
• Docker Bootstrap/Vuetify
• Advanced JS concepts async patterns memory management
• React internals custom hooks Redux optimization
• Experience with responsive Single-Page Applications (SPA)
• Understanding of localization & internationalization

Advanced Frontend Expertise

• Deep knowledge of React internals including Fiber architecture and component reconciliation
• Experience with custom hooks HOCs and render props including their limitations
  
• Understanding of useCallback useMemo and performance optimization patterns
  
• Strong grasp of asynchronous JavaScript: Promises async/await generators
  
• Awareness of memory management and JS garbage collection (mark-and-sweep)
  
• Knowledge of critical rendering path and CSS impact on performance
  
• Experience optimizing Redux for apps with high-frequency UI updates
