Lionhires is recruiting a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the frontend of a high-scale iGaming platform, leveraging Angular 18 and TypeScript. You will architect complex systems, mentor peers, and deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance UI in a fast-paced environment.

You will own code quality, conduct reviews, write tests, and document decisions while collaborating with global teams to deliver superior user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Angular 2+ (Angular 18 a huge plus).
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Git, npm, Webpack, Babel, and Linters.
• Solid understanding of SOLID/GRASP, client-side architecture, and modern design patterns.
• Strong testing familiarity (e.g., Jest) and REST API consumption.
• Awareness of cross-browser nuances and client-side performance optimization.
• Advanced professional English proficiency and strong problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do

• Architect & Develop: Build and scale a highly complex iGaming platform leveraging the latest features of Angular 18 and TypeScript.

• Test & Validate: Participate actively in software system testing, validation procedures, and thorough technical documentation.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Angular 2+ (experience with Angular 18 is a huge plus).
• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Git, npm, Webpack, Babel, and Linters.
• Architectural Mindset: A rock-solid understanding of SOLID/GRASP principles, client-side architecture, and modern design patterns.
• Quality Focus: Strong familiarity with testing and runner frameworks (e.g., Jest), alongside extensive experience consuming REST APIs.
• Performance-Driven: Sharp awareness of cross-browser compatibility nuances and client-side performance optimization.
• Communication: Advanced professional English proficiency with excellent problem-solving skills and the autonomy to drive projects forward.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with the Nx framework, GitLab CI, Docker, NGINX, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience working with TypeScript AST and writing code modifiers.
• A strong product eye and an intuitive understanding of web UX.
