As a Front Office Agent (Russian Speaker), you will represent the warmth and grace of the resort from the very first interaction. You will ensure every arrival and departure is seamless, every request anticipated, and every guest feels genuinely cared for.

Your fluency in English and Russian will allow you to connect with our international guests, offering personalized communication and comfort that enhances their experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and natural elegance during arrival and departure.
  • Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for Russian‑speaking guests, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with care, empathy, and timely follow‑up.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
  • Manage room assignments, billing, and key control following brand and operational standards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the resort’s facilities, dining outlets, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Process reservations, walk‑ins, and in‑house extensions using Opera PMS.
  • Promote room upgrades, dining experiences, and resort activities to enrich guest stays and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accuracy in all reports, transactions, and guest profiles.
  • Uphold all LQA and Forbes service standards in every interaction.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
