Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or German are an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first and lasting impression of the resort, welcoming guests with grace, professionalism, and warmth that reflect the spirit of Four Seasons. You will ensure every arrival and departure is seamless, every interaction thoughtful, and every detail precise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extend a genuine welcome to every guest, ensuring an exceptional arrival and departure experience.
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and room assignments accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Manage guest inquiries, preferences, and requests with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of ownership.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, billing, and transactions through Opera PMS and related systems.
  • Support daily reporting, financial accuracy, and documentation of front-office operations.
  • Promote and upsell room categories, dining experiences, and resort services to enhance the guest journey.
  • Uphold strict standards of guest privacy, safety, and security.
  • Ensure the front-office area remains organized, polished, and reflective of luxury service standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or German are an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Naturally poised, well‑presented, and detail‑oriented.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
