Reap HR Consultancy in the United Arab Emirates is seeking 3 Receptionists (Any Nationality) to support front-desk and day-to-day reception operations. Freshers are welcome to apply and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Handle basic front-desk and administrative duties.
• Maintain visitor records and assist with documentation.
• Use computers for basic data entry email and office-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area.
• Coordinate with internal staff when required.
• Perform other reception and administrative duties as assigned.
