Job Description

As a Front Desk Associate at Kavak's Aftersales' office, your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they enter the office, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Client Assistance: Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our services, and guide them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Documentation: Handle and process paperwork.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates to customers regarding their service status.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person for resolution.
