Job summary

GEMS Education in Dubai seeks an educator to deliver the required curriculum, ensuring up-to-date subject knowledge and engaging lessons across classes.

You will create appropriate materials, cater for different learning styles, maintain records of plans and progress, assess student development, and provide guidance on educational matters to support their well-being and continued growth.

• Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students and address learning styles.
• Establish and maintain records of curriculum plans, attendance and resources.
• Assess and report on student progress to ensure curriculum meets needs.
• Promote student well-being and provide guidance on educational matters.

Job description

• Deliver the required curriculum; demonstrating accurate and up to date knowledge of curriculum and subject matter.
• Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students. Create and utilize appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater for different learning styles.
• Establish and maintain records of curriculum and year plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans etc.
• Assess, record and report on the academic development, progress and attainment of students, use assessment to ensure the curriculum meets the individual student’s needs.
• Promote the general progress and well-being of students and provide guidance to students on educational matters
