Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• In depth understanding of the cross-border payment sector and multi-currency payment solutions.
• Knowledge of omnichannel payments and retail integration.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the Global Blue platform and solutions.
• Lead pre-sales and technical integration calls.
• Attend conferences and client-facing meetings.
• Provide technical guidance for solution design and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Solve implementation issues and lead internal process improvements.

Skills

French language proficiency

Experience with payments and POS integration
