Job summary

A logistics company in Dubai is seeking a Freight Forwarder to manage freight forwarding operations. You will coordinate shipping documentation and customs clearance, handle imports and exports, and negotiate with service providers. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding and a degree in a related field. Strong knowledge of GCC regulations and excellent communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, preferably in Dubai or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance and shipping regulations.
• Familiarity with handling electronic goods and other regulated commodities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations including import and export shipments.
• Coordinate shipping documentation customs clearance, and delivery processes.
• Handle import processes for electronic items and other commodities.
• Negotiate with shipping lines and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays.

Knowledge of GCC import/export procedures
