Job summary

Eton Institute in Dubai seeks a qualified Freelance SAT English Preparation Instructor to deliver high-quality SAT English classes. You will help students build Reading and Writing skills and develop effective test-taking strategies to reach target scores.

Responsibilities include delivering lessons aligned with the Digital SAT curriculum, assessing progress, and providing feedback. You will maintain records, manage a classroom, and communicate with students and parents about performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Previous experience teaching SAT English or other standardized English test preparation courses.
• Strong knowledge of the Digital SAT Reading and Writing section.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE on a freelance, own visa, or sponsored visa basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging SAT English preparation classes in line with the Digital SAT curriculum.
• Teach Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, Rhetorical Analysis and Writing & Language skills.
• Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement and provide personalized guidance.
• Teach effective exam strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques.
• Assign and review practice exercises, homework, and mock tests.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and student performance records.
