Electra Events & Exhibitions in Dubai is seeking an experienced Freelance Technical Designer with hands-on expertise in events, exhibitions and fit-out projects. The role centers on 2D technical drafting and detailing, translating approved design concepts and 3D models into accurate buildable drawings for production, fabrication, venue submissions and site execution.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rhino, with strong 2D drafting skills and the ability to review 3D

Competenze

5+ years of relevant technical design/drafting experience in events, exhibitions and fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rhino is mandatory.
Strong 2D drafting and detailing skills for production-ready docs.

Mansioni

Prepare detailed 2D technical drawing packages for events, exhibitions and fit-out projects.
Review and interpret approved design concepts and 3D models into buildable drawings.
Develop production, fabrication, installation and fixing details with clear dimensions.
Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Production, Engineering and Site teams.
Review drawings against project requirements, standards, functionality and constraints.
Maintain drawing revisions and technical documentation through all project stages.
Work independently on fast-track projects and manage multiple priorities.
