Overview

As a Freelance 3D Visualizer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our restaurant brand is visually represented across new builds, remodels, and marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with our design, architecture, marketing, and development teams to bring spatial concepts to life through high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations.

Your work will support internal decision-making, investor pitches, and external marketing efforts — all while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of restaurant interiors and exteriors.
• Interpret architectural drawings, design briefs, and brand guidelines to produce accurate 3D visualizations.
• Create immersive virtual environments for internal presentations and stakeholder reviews.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, furniture, and lighting to reflect the brand\'s identity and ambiance.
• Support the marketing team with visuals for promotional campaigns, brochures, and digital content.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, kitchen designers, and construction teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintain and evolve a visual asset library (textures, materials, fixtures, furniture, lighting, etc.).
• Participate in design review meetings, offering visual support and concept proposals.
• Keep up with trends in visualization technology and incorporate new tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all visual outputs are aligned with project timelines and brand goals.
• Deliver visuals in multiple formats suitable for print, web, and presentation decks.
• Support design iterations by quickly turning around revised renderings based on feedback.

Other Duties

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural visualization, preferably in hospitality or retail environments.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, spatial planning, and design principles.
• A keen eye for detail, lighting, materiality, and composition.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating high-quality 3D visualization (hospitality or F&B preferred).
