  • Oversee the dining area and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring adherence to established operating policies.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere, providing feedback, coaching, and maintaining high standards of behavior.
  • Maintain records of staff performance and operating costs, and manage scheduling and payroll.
  • Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally, seeking feedback to improve service.
  • Ensure proper food presentation, handling procedures, and quality of deliveries.
  • Order supplies and arrange maintenance for equipment.
  • Total receipts, balance sales, and ensure proper bookkeeping.
  • Respond flexibly to staffing changes and operational challenges.
  • Identify and address restaurant issues through reports and proactive measures.
  • Utilize POS and inventory software for effective management.
  • Assist in planning regular and special event menus.

In addition, be flexible and available for various duties as needed, setting an example for staff and complying with supervisor requests promptly.

·Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service

·Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

·Excellent leader and trainer with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
