Job summary

A growing holding group based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Ideal candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance with advanced financial modeling skills. Proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI is essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and maintain complex financial models and create KPI reports to track business performance.

Qualifications

A growing holding group with an exciting new opportunity for an FP&A Senior Analyst to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decisions.
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports to track performance against targets.
• Support the evaluation of new initiatives, capital investments, and other strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) is highly preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Adaptive Insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
