Job summary

Bodytree Studio in Abu Dhabi is recruiting founding Reformer Pilates instructors to set the teaching standard for a premium group expanding across the UAE and GCC. You will lead precise, progressive classes and help establish BODYTREE Method standards from day one.

This role welcomes instructors already in UAE or relocating internationally, with visa sponsorship and relocation support. Expect early mornings, evenings, weekends, and a collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Reformer certification from a recognized school.
• Real teaching volume: 500+ hours of group Reformer instruction.
• Explain movement patterns to clients and professionals alike.
• Presence: Calm, confident, warm with a capable presence.
• Punctual, reliable and refined in presentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to certify.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Reformer classes across levels with precise cueing.
• Modify in real time for injury, pregnancy, mobility, or experience level.
• Teach to the Bodytree Method with consistency and personal voice.
• Learn client names, track progress, remember injuries, and follow up.
• Maintain studio standards: equipment, cleanliness, safety.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentoring via Bodytree Academy.
• Contribute ideas to BODYTREE programming within the Method framework.
