Job summary

Client of Uplift People Consulting in the UAE is building its founding team for a taste-driven style exchange marketplace. The role owns the end-to-end product roadmap from discovery to delivery, partnering with founders and the tech team.

You will work directly with founders and engineers to shape product and customer experience using data-driven decisions, emphasizing UI/UX and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end product roadmap ownership for consumer apps or marketplaces.
• Strong UI/UX ownership with design or development background.
• Data-driven operator: funnels, cohorts, conversion and retention.
• Fast, structured communicator who thrives in ambiguity and a high-pace environment.
• Previous UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define post-MVP scope and the phased roadmap, balancing impact vs effort.
• Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and launch plans; manage backlog health.
• Run sprint cadence with engineering and design; unblock decisions daily.
• Own end-to-end UI/UX quality, flows, edge cases and onboarding experiences.
• Define analytics events, dashboards, funnels and retention metrics; run tests.
