Job summary

Client of Salt is seeking an experienced FortiSOAR Specialist to orchestrate and automate incident response activities. You will act as the SME for automation, integration, and playbook development, collaborating with Cyber Engineering, Service Delivery, and other teams to deliver value from FortiSOAR solutions.

The role requires strong scripting and integration skills, familiarity with SIEM platforms, and the ability to deploy FortiSOAR across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on FortiSOAR experience.
• Proven experience developing FortiSOAR connectors and playbooks.
• Hands-on experience integrating various technologies with SOAR platforms.
• Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or Securonix is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate new logging sources and develop playbooks to triage and respond to security incidents.
• Develop simple and complex playbooks and connectors integrating FortiSOAR with security and IT technologies.
• Deploy, configure, manage, operate and monitor FortiSOAR within a SOC environment.
• Design, develop and architect FortiSOAR solutions based on customer requirements.
• Configure dashboards, reports, incident war rooms and roster management.
• Support pre-sales, service transition and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
