Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Forklift Operator to move finished goods from the palletizer, store them correctly, and load trailers while ensuring product integrity and proper inventory control. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to FIFO principles in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Candidates will perform warehousing tasks, operate forklifts and high lift equipment, participate in inventory transactions, and support packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing and able to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse palletized and non-palletized materials following safe procedures and inventory control.
• Load trailers per specifications to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Receive, inspect, and warehouse inbound shipments while maintaining product quality.
