Qualificações

• Forklift operation and material handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Safely unload incoming raw materials using forklift or clamp equipment.
• Store materials in designated locations with accurate identification.
• Issue materials to production based on MRN/MIN and production needs.
• Receive finished goods and prepare them for dispatch with accurate documentation.
• Operate forklifts/clamps safely and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure safe, charged operation.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping in all areas.
• Maintain stock records and assist with stock counts and variance reporting.

To safely and efficiently operate forklift and clamp truck equipment for receiving, unloading, loading, storage, transfer, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods within production and warehouse operations. The role ensures accurate material movement based on approved documents while maintaining inventory integrity, product quality, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.

1. Material Receiving & Unloading
   Safely unload all incoming raw materials, paper reels, boards, pallets, and consumables using a forklift or clamp equipment. Verify quantities and specifications against LPOs, Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and receiving documents, and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.

2. Material Storage & Inventory Control
   Store raw materials, auxiliary items, WIP, and finished goods in designated locations, ensuring proper identification, segregation, traceability, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO requirements while maintaining safe stacking practices.

3. Material Issuance to Production
   Issue materials to Production, Sheeter, Printing, Die Cutting, Gluing, Lamination, and other departments based on approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN), Material Issuance Notes (MIN), and production requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

4. Finished Goods Handling & Dispatch
   Receive finished goods from production, transfer them to designated storage areas, prepare orders for dispatch, and accurately load customer shipments in accordance with Delivery Orders and Packing Lists.

5. Forklift / Clamp Operation
   Operate forklift and clamp equipment safely and efficiently for all material movement activities within warehouse and production areas while complying with company procedures and authorized operating practices.

6. Equipment Inspection & Maintenance
   Perform daily equipment inspections, complete pre-operation checklists, report defects or maintenance requirements, and ensure forklifts are properly parked, charged, refueled, and maintained in safe working condition.

7. Safety, Quality & Housekeeping
   Adhere to all HSE, GMP, ISO, and company safety requirements, wear prescribed PPE, prevent material damage, maintain clean and organized work areas, and promptly report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses.

8. Inventory Accuracy & Documentation
   Ensure all material movements are supported by approved documentation, maintain accurate stock records and bin cards, assist in stock counts, and promptly report inventory variances, shortages, or low stock levels to the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Trade certificate holder or graduated from a vocational course (if available)

2. At least 2 years relevant experience or exposure as forklift driver.

3. Attended orientation programs and ISO related trainings.

4. Preferably with UAE Valid license
