Job summary

DBB in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Foreman - Structure (Mason) to supervise on-site masonry works and coordinate daily activities to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will lead masons and laborers, read and interpret blueprints, enforce safety standards, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and mentor junior workers to ensure quality workmanship across all site operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as mason or similar construction role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
• Certification or training in masonry or related field is a plus.
