This role involves supervising a team of mechanics ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
• Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance in the area of responsibility.
• Leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Development and Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan
• Development of Spare Part Strategy
• Identification Development and Training of the Team in Maintenance process.
• Development & Implementation of Trouble Shooting guide RCA & PDCA Process.
• Developing Culture within the Team for Safe System of Working.
• Management of Maintenance Budget.
