Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a Machinery & Equipment Foreman to supervise on-site operations, allocate equipment, and ensure safe, compliant use of machines. You will coordinate with operators and maintenance teams to maintain smooth daily operations and produce accurate logs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years UAE experience in similar roles, strong knowledge of excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, rollers and wheel loaders, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, rollers and wheel loaders.
• Leadership and team supervision skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance awareness.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machinery & Equipment Foreman to oversee the operation allocation and performance of heavy equipment on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure safe efficient and compliant use of machines while coordinating with operators and maintenance teams to maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise operators and monitor productivity & safety

Requirements:
