A leading delivery service company in Dubai is looking for a Food Safety & Quality Manager to ensure compliance with food safety standards and manage the quality of its new grocery service, 'tMart'. The ideal candidate has a degree in food science and 5+ years of experience in food safety management, fluent in Arabic and English. Responsibilities include implementing safety policies and conducting training programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Food Safety and Quality in a large scale retail grocery or foodservice environment.
• Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of local/regional laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and compliance with the Group Food Safety Policy.
• Develop and deliver H&S training and maintain competency records.
• Manage food safety and quality of product assortment, including documentation.

Skills

Fluent proficiency in Arabic

Fluent proficiency in English

Proven HACCP knowledge

Exceptional organisational skills

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail

Education

Degree in food science or related field
