Description

An F&B Guest Relations Agent plays a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position focuses on engaging with guests before, during, and after their visit to ensure personalized service and satisfaction. From welcoming guests to handling special requests and coordinating with the restaurant team, you will be the face of hospitality in our Food & Beverage outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a seamless seating experience.
  • Managing reservations and coordinating special arrangements for VIP guests and large parties.
  • Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized recommendations on menu items, promotions, and events.
  • Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, seasonal specials, and promotional activities.
  • Assisting with guest engagement during special events and promotional campaigns.li>
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and taking proactive steps to enhance it.
