Job summary

Lionhires is seeking a Lead Flutter Engineer to drive architecture, scale mobile apps, and mentor a development team. You will own the tech roadmap, ensure code quality, and collaborate across product and engineering to deliver robust experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in mobile development (4+ years Flutter) with Dart proficiency, and a strong foundation in OOP/SOLID and REST/WebSocket APIs. A hands-on leader who fosters excellence will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a mobile development team or senior role with team responsibilities.
• 5+ years of hands-on mobile development (Android or iOS), with 4+ years Flutter.
• Strong Dart knowledge, including streams/RxDart, and solid OOP/SOLID fundamentals.
• Architectural mastery of mobile apps, RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team to meet goals.
• Make architectural decisions and evolve the app portfolio toward a new architecture.
• Champion testability and participate in architecture-level decisions.
• Engage in grooming, sprint planning and estimation to align with product goals.
• Introduce fresh ideas to improve processes, workflows and product quality.
• Mentor and lead the team, review code and promote knowledge sharing.
• Document and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
