Job summary
SEVEN, a premium wellness and fitness brand in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to build, optimize, and maintain mobile apps for iOS and Android. The role is in‑house, collaborating with leadership, IT, UI/UX, and backend teams to deliver high‑performance experiences aligned with SEVEN’s growth.
Immediate availability preferred. You will write clean Dart code, integrate APIs, and participate in CI/CD, app signing, and releases, while ensuring security and smooth user
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Flutter app development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Dart; native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) a plus.
- Experience with RESTful APIs Firebase GraphQL and third‑party SDKs.

- Develop and maintain high‑performance Flutter apps for iOS and Android.

Our mobile applications are a critical part of our customer experience enabling seamless bookings membership management and service interactions. We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to maintain optimize and enhance our mobile applications across both iOS and Android.
This is an inhouse role working directly with our leadership and IT teams to develop highperformance scalable and userfriendly applications that align with SEVEN s growth objectives.
As a Flutter Developer you will be responsible for developing maintaining and optimizing SEVEN s mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with our backend team UI/UX designers and business stakeholders to ensure seamless app functionality integrations and user experience.
This role requires a skilled problem solver a detailoriented developer and a performancefocused engineer who can drive mobile innovation and implement best practices in Flutter development.
- Develop and maintain highperformance Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
- Write clean scalable and reusable code in Dart.
- Optimize applications for performance security and reliability.
- Ensure seamless UI/UX implementation based on provided designs.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and thirdparty services.
- Implement secure authentication methods and data synchronization.
- Ensure proper error handling caching and offline functionality.
- Manage Google Play Store & Apple App Store releases.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated app deployment.
- Maintain Flutter app signing keys certificates and provisioning profiles.
- Identify and fix bugs crashes and performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize app startup times and reduce memory usage.
- Monitor app analytics and user feedback to drive improvements.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring creative designs to life.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Document codebase app structure and integration workflows for future reference.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Flutter app development.
- Strong proficiency in Dart along with experience in native Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android) is a plus.
- Experience with RESTful APIs Firebase GraphQL and thirdparty SDKs.
- Deep understanding of state management frameworks (Provider Riverpod BLoC Redux etc..
- Experience optimizing Flutter applications for performance and security.
- Familiarity with encryption tokenbased authentication and data protection.
- Knowledge of debugging tools crash reporting and profiling techniques.
- Strong ability to convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional Flutter apps.
- Knowledge of adaptive layouts and animations for smooth user experience.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.
