Job summary

PPOAR Floral is seeking a friendly Floral Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support daily shop operations, arrange bouquets, maintain stock, and serve customers. The role offers part-time hours and friendly working conditions in a busy floral shop.

Floral Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a passion for flowers and floral design, as well as a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. As a Floral Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our floral shop, including arranging bouquets, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and arranging floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders
• Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their floral needs
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Assist with general shop maintenance such as cleaning work areas, organizing displays, and restocking shelves
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new floral techniques

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a floral shop or similar environment is preferred but not required
• A passion for flowers and knowledge of different flower types, colors, and arrangements is essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1400$ per month
