As a Flight Attendant with Alex Jet, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional onboard experience.

• Understanding the value of safety, exceptional customer service, and the unique aspects of life as a crew member in a non-scheduled, challenging operation.
• Working under pressure and remaining calm and flexible in demanding operational requirements.
• Executing all aspects of onboard service as stipulated in the Cabin Service Manual—every detail matters.
• Delivering the highest standard of service excellence, safety, and security onboard all Alex Jet aircraft.
• Communicating and reporting observations and VIP feedback to supervisors to ensure Guest profiles are current—providing suggestions as applicable.
• Constantly updating job knowledge to stay abreast of the latest trends and requirements related to private aviation.
• Maintaining valid mandatory documentation such as passport, visas, GCAA Flight and Medical licenses, CMC Certificate, etc.
• Strictly adhering to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality statements.
• Coordinating with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to ensure aircraft are impeccably clean and properly serviced.

What We're Looking For.

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Certifications: Ab Initio, SEP, Service, First Aid, CRM trainings.
• Minimum Experience: 4 years of work experience in a similar role.
• 2 years of high-end hospitality service experience—you understand the nuances of serving discerning guests.
