You will conduct market research, source products, negotiate with suppliers, and train staff to uphold brand standards while ensuring timely stock replenishment. This full-time role requires visa eligibility in the UAE and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Source new products from suppliers and negotiate favorable deals
• Manage product inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Coordinate with store managers to create attractive product displays that align with company standards
• Train store staff on product knowledge and effective merchandising techniques
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Analyze sales data to track product performance and make informed decisions for future orders
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for new products or special offers
