Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menus and ensure accurate food orders while considering allergies. The role requires a year of luxury-hotel experience and strong English, with flexibility for on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in similar role in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
• Strong knowledge of Levantine cuisine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, explain menus and check for allergies to ensure accurate food orders.
• Relay orders to chefs, ensure fast, high-quality service and handle on-call shifts as needed.
