Lendable is seeking a Compliance-focused project manager to lead strategic initiatives for Legal & Compliance. You will own project plans, track timelines, and help translate priorities into actionable workstreams while supporting policy maintenance and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes an AI-first approach, strong communication, and experience with regulatory requirements across fintech partnerships. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory project/program management role within fintech or bank partnerships.
• Familiarity with bank partnership management and compliance requirements.
• Solid knowledge of US financial services regulations (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, BSA/AML, GLBA).
• AI-first mentality with a comfort in adopting AI tools for efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, and status tracking for Legal & Compliance leadership's strategic initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous priorities into clear workstreams, owners, and deadlines.
• Support the maintenance and periodic review of policies, procedures, and compliance training.
• Assist in executing the monitoring and testing calendar and tracking remediation.
• Support complaints and issues management by analyzing data to spot trends.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate logistics for internal and external audits and exams.
• Use AI tools to accelerate document review, data analysis, and reporting.
