Job summary

DPFM Clinic in Dubai is seeking a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time, revenue-share basis. UAE experience is preferred.

You will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR), develop treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to support patient-centered care. The role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within an established clinic.

Qualifications

• DHA License as Clinical Psychologist is mandatory.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, integrative models, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.
• Manage cases involving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, family medicine doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide psychoeducation and crisis intervention when required.
• Participate in professional development and clinic initiatives.
