Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a babysitter or childcare provider.
• Excellent knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents.
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
• Supervise activities such as playtime, meals, and nap time
• Change diapers, dress children, and assist with basic hygiene tasks
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, social, and intellectual development
• Communicate effectively with parents about their children's daily activities and development
• Follow specific routines and schedules set by the parents
• Maintain a clean and organized play area
