Qualifications

• Experience in Five Axis CNC Milling is required.
• Ability to understand G-codes for CNC programming.
• Familiarity with the aeronautic industry is preferred.
• Capable of reading engineering drawings and operating various CNC controls.
• Experience in 3D modelling software like UG or PROE.
• Knowledge of machinability of different metals essential.
• Conversant with cutting tools and their operational parameters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Design to create CNC machining programs.
• Ensure efficient operations of the work center.
• Write instruction sheets for machine operators.
• Conduct simulations to ensure proper functionality of programs.
• Detect malfunctions and adjust machines as needed.
• Assist planning for machine utilization and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Provide technical support to CNC operators.
• Document work performed for easy access.
• Train machine operators on proper operations.
• Stay updated with software and equipment developments.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
• Follow HSE guidelines for operations.
