Job summary

Fitness Lab in Sharjah seeks an energetic fitness instructor to lead group and personal sessions, deliver safe, engaging workouts, and help members progress toward their goals.

You will assess fitness levels, tailor guidance and modifications, motivate participants, and contribute to a positive studio atmosphere while meeting the daily target of eight classes. This full-time role requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of training techniques, anatomy, and safe exercise practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate and build rapport with members.
• Reliable, energetic, organized, and able to work within a fitness studio team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver safe, engaging, and effective group and personal fitness sessions.
• Assess members’ fitness levels and provide appropriate exercise guidance and modifications.
• Work a minimum of eight classes per day with commission-based additional classes.
• Motivate and support members to achieve fitness goals while maintaining a positive studio environment.
