What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 (group classes) and Level 3 (one‑on‑one training) Personal Trainer certifications are required.
• Strength and conditioning, CrossFit and nutrition qualifications, with a preference for additional certifications or training in functional training and bodybuilding.
• A proven track record of delivering high‑quality group classes and personal training sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively within a gym setting.
• High‑energy, motivating and inspiring personality creating a buzzing “Vibe at FIVE” that encourages clients to push their limits.
• Sensational teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with fellow FIVERs.
• A proactive nature, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for health and fitness, ensures every aspect of the operation is perfectly curated.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and conduct personal training sessions during free hours.
• Strong familiarity with and understanding of how to safely use and maintain gym equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts “FIVE‑Star” fitness assessments, curating personalised training programmes that elevate each client’s fitness journey.
• Delivers exquisitely tailored one‑on‑one personal training sessions, crafting bespoke fitness plans to meet each client’s goals.
• Leads energising group fitness classes, expertly catering to varying levels of skill and fitness in a vibrant and welcoming “Vibe at FIVE.”
• Engages proactively with clients, promoting exclusive personal training packages and additional bespoke wellness services.
• Builds meaningful relationships with clients, guests, residents and the wider community, creating a sense of belonging and instilling trust in the FIVE Experience.
• Collaborates with the FIVE Tribe to grow the gym’s clientele, enhancing the overall vibe and fostering an exhilarating, award‑winning atmosphere.
• Ensures the gym maintains a pristine, luxurious environment by overseeing the maintenance of equipment and ensuring safe, proper usage by clients.
