Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Dubai to lead pre-construction cost estimation, planning, and BOQ preparation. You will manage subcontractor procurement and coordinate MEP and FF&E aspects to ensure alignment with project standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and has hands-on experience with PlanSwift/Bluebeam, estimation tools, and MS Excel, with exposure to BIM/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant discipline.
• Deep knowledge of fit-out materials, specialist joinery detailing, FF&E sourcing, and MEP system coordination.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Cost Estimation & Planning.
• Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Preparation.
• Subcontractor & Procurement Management.
• Prepare and structure comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with standard measurement frameworks.
