Job summary
MapleGroves is seeking a First Class Sailor for deployment on a vessel in El-Fujairah, UAE. You will be responsible for the safe operation, navigation, and maintenance of equipment under the Captain's direction.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sailor experience, a first class sailor certification, and the ability to work long hours at sea. Accommodation on board is provided; Indian nationals with applicable visa are welcome.
Qualifications
- Proven seamanship and navigation awareness.
- Fluent in English for vessel communication.
- Able to follow safety procedures and ship regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain vessel equipment and systems.
- Assist with navigation and watch duties as required.
- Ensure safety of crew and passengers and report hazards.
