Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of fire-rated door standards, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Ability to produce accurate and commercially sound estimates.
• Experience in coordination between project teams, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
• Develop accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects.
• Review project specifications and architectural drawings to identify compliance gaps.
• Specify appropriate materials ensuring compliance with fire-performance requirements.
• Coordinate inputs with engineering and site teams for production and installation.
• Maintain bill of materials and manufacturing instructions.
