Job summary

American Home Assurance Company in Dubai invites graduates to join its Early Career Program as Financial Lines Underwriting Analyst. The program provides on-the-job training, the AIG Academy two-year development track, a mentor, and opportunities to participate in global workshops and networking events, leading to a permanent contract.

You will assess risks, prepare offers for national and international customers, and work in a dynamic team within a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, IT, Law, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences or Risk Management).
• Internship experience in insurance is a plus.
• Strong communication in English and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support and independent review of risks.
• Preparation of customized offers for national and international customers.
• High level of personal responsibility and teamwork.
• English-speaking communication with brokers, customers and colleagues.
