Role Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical, hands‑on Senior Analyst to support the Funds leadership with research, deal structuring, modeling, and investment operations. You will work closely with the CIO to help build the Fund from the ground up, gaining exposure to both regional real estate markets and global investment structuring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investment & Deal Support

  • Build detailed financial models and analyze investment structures.
  • Conduct market, project, and developer due diligence.
  • Support investment memos, pitch decks, and investor materials.
  • Track and report on investment performance and KPIs.

Strategic & Operational Contribution

  • Help establish and refine internal processes and tools for Fund operations.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external service providers.
  • Support early investor outreach and relationship management.
  • Engage in day‑to‑day operations of the Fund, including reporting and pipeline tracking.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • CFA or financial modeling certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 35 years in investment banking, private equity, or real estate credit.
  • Strong exposure to financial modeling and deal evaluation.
  • Experience in the GCC real estate or capital markets.
  • Experience in corporate finance is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent command of English (Russian is a plus).
  • Highly analytical and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong command of Excel and presentation tools.
  • Eager to grow in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
