A global professional services firm in Dubai is seeking an Executive in Transaction Diligence to engage in due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers. You will analyze financial results, collaborate with teams for quality assurance, and assist in preparing reports for clients. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role offers exposure to complex transactions and opportunities for travel within MENA.
You will collaborate with experienced due diligence professionals, gaining skills across sectors and opportunities for travel within MENA. As you progress, you'll handle complex transactions, lead teams, and build client relationships at EY.
As an executive in the Transaction Diligence team, you will engage in due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, analyzing financial and operational results of target companies. You will collaborate with your team, ensuring quality, sharing responsibilities, and keeping senior members updated on progress.
Individuals with strong analytical skills will flourish in this environment as you will regularly assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring and prepare analyses of financial information to assess trends and fluctuations. Good communication skills will also be a key attribute for success within this role as you will be required to assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients.
