About the Client

One of the leading construction and real estate development firms based in the UAE, specializing in the execution of large-scale high‑rise residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models, conduct IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analyses, and perform variance analysis to evaluate project budgets versus actuals.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from ERP and project management systems.
• Design dashboards and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Monitor project costs, WIP, contractor invoicing, and procurement expenditures.
• Analyze material and labor cost trends to provide insights on profitability, budget risks, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Open to Indian nationals; 45 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE real estate or construction industry.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Yardi) and BI/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
